Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the OrbixFirm affiliate program and supplement the Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility and approval

Participation is by application and subject to approval. OrbixFirm may decline or revoke participation at its discretion.

2. Commissions

Commissions are calculated on the amount actually paid for an evaluation, net of discounts and refunds, at the rate shown in your portal, and are recorded per purchase.

3. Attribution

Attribution is first-touch via your referral link (60-day cookie) or via your coupon code at checkout, and is bound permanently to the referred account at signup or first coupon use.

4. Payouts

Approved commissions are paid monthly in USDC on the Base network to a verified wallet, subject to a minimum balance. Refunds after payout are deducted from subsequent payouts.

5. Prohibited conduct

Self-referrals, bidding on OrbixFirm brand terms, spam, misleading or gambling-related claims, and any circumvention of attribution rules are prohibited and forfeit commissions.

6. Changes and termination

OrbixFirm may change rates or terms with notice for future purchases and may suspend accounts under review.
